Youth Sports games & team sign-ups (whether there are admission fees or free admission) & Free Camps are that are free for kids, use YouthSports24 to submit these events for free.

Sports Camps (pay a fee to play), Ticketed Fundraisers (pay to attend), and League Sign-ups are considered Paid Events. Please pay for your event to be in the Hub and let’s support each other.

BANNER GRAPHIC

Optional - If you want your event to have a banner graphic, design one before you get started scheduling your event.  You must submit the banner image at the same time as submitting your event.  See more information and examples below.

BANNER DESIGN SPECS

When you submit an event, you have the opportunity to include a banner graphic. Banner size options are: 1000x400px. 1000x250px. 1000x500px.

1000x400 looks the best.

If you do not have a graphic and would like one designed for you, there is an option to add this onto your order for a small fee. Banner graphics are not required for event placement. Do not upload flyers unless you are requesting a banner to be designed for you. Images submitted not at one of the 3 sizes listed above, will be cropped to fit and may not look that great.

NEW - If you have a 1080x1080 that you have created for social media, please upload this with your event so we can include it on social media!

  • Yes. You may schedule up to 10 events during one check-out process. Bulk discounts are activated once you add 3 events and increase as you add more events to your order.

    When seasonal coupons are available, you will see them below with the sponsors.

  • Each event will be a new event. New graphics or new information = new event.

    If you submit 3 or more events, there are discounts that will apply. The more events you schedule during one checkout, the larger the discount that will apply.

  • No problem! When you submit your recurring event, let us know what days to leave off of your recurring event for the year. If you have calendar changes that occur after your event submission, you will need to submit an update request that may have additional fees.

  • Please ask them fill out this form. I will reach out to set up a group call to review how this works for your submissions and their billing processes.

  • Yes. Please submit this form with more details and we can work out a package bundle for you. There are a variety of options including having a unique coupon code with monthly invoices.

  • Please submit this form with your event updates.

  • An event that lasts 1-7 consecutive days.

    For example: Film Fest (1 day), Art in the Park (2 days), Silver State Stampede (3 days), Elko Senior Olympic Games (5 days).
