Access to mental health resources is crucial for individuals of all ages in Elko County, NV. Services such as therapy, support groups, and crisis hotlines are available for those who need them. However, barriers to access exist.
It is essential to continue working towards making mental health resources accessible and affordable for everyone in Elko County. Programs such as the Elko County Behavioral Health Outreach Program provide outreach and support to individuals facing financial barriers. Other local programs include the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Elko County, Vitality Unlimited, NNRH, and Nevada Health Centers.
